Dear Diary,
I am ninety today; I’m excited and grateful that I have come so far. I couldn’t ask for a better life. My children are accomplished and there children have been set off on the correct path. My husband is resting peacefully in the gates of heaven waiting for me to join him. I have a beautiful house and so much money I don’t know what to do with it. I’ve given most of it to charity because I won’t need it where I’m going. Although my eldest brother has kicked the bucket, I know I still have his love, strength and support from afar. I’m am still well and able to do for myself but the medics insist on leaving this kind lady here to do my daily duties for me. My younger brother and sister are staying next door and I hope they come visit me today. There not good at keeping secrets because I know they are throwing me a party tonight. I love them to death for trying to surprise me but my poor little heart can’t take the excitement. Yesterday I rolled past my old office where I used to prepare financial budgets for those who couldn’t for themselves. I based my pricing on their income so everyone who was anyone would come see me from time to time. Sam Walton, Phil Russell, Bill Gates and Henry Ford came to see me very often. Bill still calls for financial advice. I sure don’t miss putting up with all those documents however I do miss doing favors for those kind people. I’m going to go to sleep though and get rested up for my big night. God bless me with a few more hours.
Love,
Jasmine Jones
