I am going through a transition period of adjusting to a physical disability. I found your site by making many inquiries. Since, I have come a long way through therapy I am able to communicate again. Now, I am doing an evaluation as to what I can transfer in knowledge and skills to supplement my income.
Hi Barb – Physical disabilities have a way of affecting so much of how we think and feel, as well as what we are capable of doing. It can take a while to begin functioning again. congratulations on all the work you’ve done so far. Which of the exercises have you found to be most helpful? Are you starting at the beginning or just jumping in where you feel drawn?
