And you will find guidance for current dilemmas and the path to more meaningful “next steps” based on re-writing your story. Regardless of your faith or beliefs, you will discover your unique spiritual storyline.
This six week course offers the structure, safety and illuminating prompts to explore your life’s journey. You will
-
- Construct a roadmap of your own personal life journey and discover your spiritual storyline
-
- Write about about significant life events and choice-points from critical stages in your journey
-
- Read your pieces aloud and experience the power of your own voice
- Craft a Coherent Spiritual Autobiography of your life’s journey thus far and the underlying beliefs that give your life meaning.

Life Work Transitions
What’s your story these days? As we grow older the days can feel more precious when we take time to reflect on and appreciate the life choices we have made. These choices make for a rich and fascinating story to others of like mind who get a kick out of hearing the true life stories of others – the ones that never get told, or are being told for the first time.
If you’ve been in this group before you know what a surprise and delight it is to create a story in response to an opportune prompt. This is your chance to review the past and reframe the story, or re-write it with a new perspective. As others take delight in hearing your story for the first time, you’ll begin to appreciate even more the marvelous experiences that make up your life.
I hope you’ll consider joining us for a rich experience of harvesting your wisdom, your joys and your sorrows, your losses and gains. We meet every other week so you have time to ponder the assignment and your response.
The Fee for the six sessions is $200.00. Please make checks payable to Deborah Knox. All sessions will be held at 2332 E. Seneca St. Tucson AZ 85719. For more information contact deb at dlkcoach@gmail.com or phone 520 780 3834.

CRAFTING YOUR SPIRITUAL AUTOBIOGRAPHY
Are you ready to discover your life story and write about your past with an eye to your future? Explore significant life events from Childhood, Adolescence, the Turbulent 20’s and a favorite mento and guide. This popular class is being offered again, and you are encouraged to sign up early.
What is a Personal Storyline?
Writing about what’s most important to you, or as close as you can is the intention of crafting a spiritual autobiography. When you write from that core you’re dealing with what is essential and central to your life’s experience. Over 100 participants have rated this as a profound exploration of one’s spiritual journey into core values, while providing new direction, meaning and purpose. Deep listening occurs while stories are read.
Whether you’re writing for yourself or others, your spiritual autobiography, memoir or legacy will be a turning point for you in your life journey.
WHAT OTHERS HAVE TO SAY:
SA has changed my life. By writing about my early childhood experience I was able to look at those early years in a different light. I was finally able to feel the emotions that had been blocked for so long. I have a new relationship with my sister and we actually are having conversations.
~ WSSA isn’t so much about where we’ve been as much as receiving guidance about where we are going.
~ ESReading to the group and receiving full attention and feedback is so valuable… it actually shifts my feelings about my writing, which is a good thing and in the right direction.
~ PP
I thought the group was extremely helpful to me. It felt like a safe place to explore my reluctance to express my feelings and reopen Pandora’s box; my childhood abuse. I would highly recommend it to others. The handouts were stimulating and helpful. You provided the right amount of guidance and feedback without interfering with our process. LM
“My greatest fear before the group began was telling the story. Once I got here, I’ve begun and overcome that hurdle. I write for myself and anyone else who will be helped.” CG
These classes helped me to balance my perspective of the ups and downs and helped me realize Spirit has always been there for me. I gained a special appreciation for the young girl I once was. It also helped me realize the influences that nudged, molded, and guided me through out my life. BJ
I so appreciate the sense of safety and respect you created, allowing more of me to express. Thank you for this class. The depth of insight you provided was remarkable and the ability to have a safe space for sharing invaluable. LS
